Can you migrate my email from my old provider?  Print this Article

We can if your emails are accessible in Dovecot-compatible format (each email as a plain text file in folders), however, there will be a $10 fee for migrations in which we perform the action. We recommend using imapsync to perform the migration yourself if at all possible. Many of our customers are technically minded and will find this easy to do via a Linux server:
